Do you need a perfect 2mm natural round leather cord necklace to go with a pendant or just to wear on its own? The leather is available in a variety of colors and lengths. The leather is cut from processed cowhide, dyed and extruded multiple times with heat and pressure. This ensures perfect uniformity, and flexibility. This leather is genuine Greek leather of the highest quality. I use GOLD TONE lobster claw clasps and end caps. Lobster claws are perfect since they can’t open unexpectedly. This is not Gold since the price of gold is climbing to around 4300 an ounce. If you do not see your preferred size feel free to send me a message.
The gold tone end cap on the cord measures 3.5mm in diameter, so any bead, pendant or bail would require a hole size of at least 4mm to feed the leather cord into the opening. Colors available currently are:
1. Black
2. Navy dark blue- this blue looks almost black unless you place it on true black and you can see the blue tint to it. It does not look navy in all light sources.
3. Medium blue
4. Brown-chocolate
5. Tan - this color looks too yellow on my monitor. It is called tobacco by the supplier.
6. Pink
7. Plum Purple- this purple is wonderful with a variety of shades in the cord.
8. Dark Lavender
9. Bright red
10.Bronze metallic my favorite in pale browns
11. Apple green -a very bright color
12. Olive- the supplier calls this olive but I don’t think it looks like olives.
These cords can also make great bracelets. You can wrap it around your wrist twice or three times depending on the length you purchase. If you choose to put beads on the leather, make sure the holes are around 4.3mm inside diameter.
If you are wondering what size to get just grab a string and use it like you would a necklace and mark it. Then measure the length. The most popular size for women is 18” and men is 20”
I recommend taking off the leather cord when it comes in contact with water. Chlorine can tarnish silver tone and leather stays wet a long time. Also, creams and perfumes can tarnish silver tone. If the silver does oxidize or turn black from these chemicals, a treated polishing cloth will clean it right up.
Please note all the leather cords are uniquely handmade in my studio. Slight color variations from the images posted here might be due to different devices and browsers. Some images may appear different due to color and lighting on different monitors or daylight versus indoor lighting. I have tried to describe the colors in the description above

Your satisfaction is very important to me. As a glass artist, I carefully package every order and ship as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.
Returns and Exchanges
Please contact me within 7 days of delivery if you would like to return or exchange your jewelry. Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery in their original condition, securely packaged, and with USPS tracking.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once I receive the returned item in its original condition, I will refund the purchase price, minus the original shipping charges.
Leather Cord Returns
Leather cords are offered at a special discounted price when purchased with one of my pendants. If you return the pendant but keep the leather cord, the cord’s regular price of $15–$24, depending on the cord selected, will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellations
I am happy to cancel an order and issue a full refund as long as the package has not already been shipped.

I recommend gently polishing the sterling silver using a treated silver polishing cloth. There are many excellent brands available, and they work very well to remove tarnish. I include a silver polishing cloth with every purchase for your convenience. I do not recommend liquid dipping solutions, as they can cause the silver to tarnish more quickly over time and often require frequent re-polishing once used.
If an item is returned without the specially discounted-priced leather cord, you will be charged the full price of $15-$24 for the leather cord. I do offer handmade leather cords for sale in my store. However, when purchasing a pendant, I offer a very special discounted price, as I believe my work looks best with the leather cord.
Custom Orders Welcome
I’m happy to offer custom orders when they fit my signature style, such as creating a piece in a different color palette or slightly different shape or size. I do not copy or recreate other artists’ designs. If you’re looking for a specific style created by another artist, I recommend reaching out to them directly for a custom request.

I am the sole artist creating every piece you see in my Etsy shop. Each item is individually made by me using a GTT Sidewinder torch and a variety of high-quality borosilicate glass. All work is carefully kiln-annealed overnight in a digitally controlled kiln for durability. I also photograph every finished piece individually, so the item shown is the exact piece you will receive.
