Encase It! Refining Skills for Glass Beadmakers by Deanna Griffin Dove. This book teaches many encasing techniques that are very helpful for any lampwork bead maker!!
I have my work included in this book on page 47 & 56. I also enjoyed reading the manuscript before it went to print, offering some suggestions. Deanna's book is a must have for any beadmaker that needs tips on bead making and encasing.

I was included again in the Bead Review Book 2 and book 3. The book contained the best beads and sets for 2006 and 2007.
I have a focal bead and a set included in book 2 and my aquarium beads in Book 3.

They are less then 2 inches tall! The beads are much smaller then they look. The detail is achieved with many canes that I spend hours creating before I even start the bead. I especially spend time on creating intricate stamens for each flower. While making the bead, I encase very slowly with clear to avoid bubbles and scum. I take my time while creating each bead, striving to get as close to perfection as possible. I will be posting more beads soon with very intricate flower canes combined into my beads.
